• Technical and usage data (cookies, logs): Retained for 12 months from the date of collection, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn or the Account is closed, plus a reasonable period to evidence the withdrawal.

Once a retention period expires, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.
